Onaylanan nakliye aracına mesaj yoluyla başvurusunun onaylandığını,yükleme adresi ve yük veren firma bilgileri iletilir.Haliyle yükleme yapmadan önce nakliye aracı sevkiyat hakkında tüm bilgileri bilmektedir.(Nereden nereye,tonajı,fiyatı,ödeme şekli,yükleme adresi gibi...).Bunun yanında yük veren firma da yükünü taşıtacağı nakliye aracı hakkında da tüm bilgileri bilmektedir.(Araç-şoför resimleri,plakası,araç belgeleri gibi...).Böylelikle yükleme esnasında yük veren ve nakliyeci karşılaştıklarında tek konuşulacak şey sadece merhabalaşmak olacaktır.
